So all week, I've looked at my blog and thought, I know I have to write something, but I couldn't remember what it was. So this morning as the sun is shining, I'm making my grandmother's Pape-a-nate. That's a phonetic spelling of Low German because it's an oral language, or a throat disease, as my father says it is, another name is Pepper Nuts or Pfeffernuss in German. I just realized what I had forgotten. I teased you the last time, and we finished up our Gingerbread house last Sunday Night. So here are the pictures to show you.
